Job Description


As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Lead business analysis activities across large-scale asset management transformation programs.

  • Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business needs with proposed solutions.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and decision-making sessions.

  • Build and manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Support solution design by ensuring alignment with business objectives and value realization.

  • Coordinate and support testing, business readiness, deployment planning, and hypercare activities.

  • Work across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments to ensure successful project execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the utilities or asset management domain.

  • Strong experience in asset lifecycle management and large-scale business transformation programs.

  • Expertise in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and fit-gap analysis.

  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with EU energy regulations and compliance frameworks is an advantage.

  • Experience working with European utility clients is a plus.

  • Certifications such as ITIL, Prince2, SAFe, or Agile are preferred.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable functional solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead discussions focused on business value realization and strategic outcomes.

  • Manage multiple priorities within complex transformation programs.

  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation business adoption activities.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
