Business Analyst – IAM / Capital Markets

Location: Brussels, Belgium
Start Date: 30 September 2026
Duration: 6 months
Experience: 8–10 years

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of IAM and Capital Markets to support requirements gathering, IAM process definition and business stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
• 
  Capture IAM use cases and define IAM processes with business stakeholders.
• 
  Support IAM domains including Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, PAM, reporting and analytics
• 
  Develop IAM governance documentation, including policies, procedures, standards and access reviews.
• 
  Work with AO, BO and IAM Operations teams to gather information and secure business sign-off.
• 
  Support IAM projects and dependencies, particularly around SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, auto-provisioning and access reviews.

Key Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• 
  In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking
• 
  Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• 
  Experience with IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ
• 
  Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Ability to work independently and effectively across IAM projects.
