The BA will likewise act as first line support to break fix of reports used across the global organization as well as perform project- and stakeholder management of priorities for new report development or continuous improvement of existing.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Independently develops and maintains reports using tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Power BI, and Excel VBA
Conducts data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Leverages data analytics to uncover business insights and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across value stream teams, engineering, sales, supply chain, finance, R&D, IT, and global management, including teams in Costa Rica.
Promotes a continuous improvement mindset, working with leadership to drive data-led improvement initiatives
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
