We have obtained FDA approval and officially begun the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System. This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients!
Kardium is seeking a collaborative and delivery-oriented Business Analyst, to support the continued evolution of our enterprise systems, operational processes, and cross-functional business capabilities within a rapidly scaling medical device organization. Reporting to the Applications Leadership Team, this role will help to bridge business operations and technology by facilitating requirements gathering, supporting solution design, coordinating testing activities, and enabling successful deployment of enterprise capabilities across ERP, MES, Quality, and our bespoke operational systems.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Key responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops and design working sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather and refine requirements
• Author and maintain user stories, business requirements, process maps, functional designs, workflows, and system documentation
• Support backlog grooming, refinement, prioritization, tracking, and execution coordination within Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Collaborate with internal teams cross-functionally and stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Commercialization, Operations, and IT to help define, document, and deliver scalable business and system solutions across Kardium’s enterprise application landscape.
• Support design, testing, and deployment activities related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and related enterprise applications
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, traceability, validation support, and business sign-off activities
• Assist with process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise applications and operational business processes
• Support reporting, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Develop training materials and support end-users with operational readiness activities
• Assist in maintaining execution transparency, delivery momentum, and alignment across stakeholders
What you bring to the team

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
• 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, CRM, MES, or enterprise application initiatives
• Familiarity with manufacturing, warehouse operations, regulated business processes, or operational environments
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, communication, and SME management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced delivery environment
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&SCM or similar enterprise ERP platforms is an asset
• Experience supporting regulated manufacturing, medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments is considered an asset
• Familiarity with validation processes, traceability, SOX controls, FDA, ISO 13485, or 21 CFR Part 11 is considered an asset
• Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules for Field Services and CRM is considered an asset
Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% Retirement Savings Plan contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
• $100,000 - $125,000 CAD Annually
