En knowmad mood buscamos un Business Analyst / Analista Funcional para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico, dando soporte directo a un perfil senior en actividades de análisis, reporting, seguimiento de datos y coordinación con proveedores.
Buscamos una persona con capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y facilidad para trabajar con información y métricas, con interés por seguir desarrollándose en el ámbito funcional y de gestión de proyectos.
Colaborar en el análisis, seguimiento y explotación de datos del área, apoyando la elaboración de informes, indicadores y documentación necesaria para el control operativo del servicio y la coordinación con diferentes proveedores y stakeholders.
Tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir conocimiento funcional de los procesos, herramientas y métricas del área, evolucionando progresivamente en responsabilidades y autonomía.
