You’ll be working on the GWM US Field Management Chief of Staff team based out of our 1285 Avenue of the Americas (AoA) – New York office. In this role, you will support the Head of the Field, GWM US, and senior leaders across the Field organization, gaining exposure to how strategy, governance, and communications are executed at scale.
You’ll regularly engage with Field Leadership, Regional and Market leaders, and internal partners, and develop a strong understanding of how the Financial Advisor and Field ecosystem operates within GWM US.
• ideally 0–2 years of relevant experience, internships, or rotational experience in financial services, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in wealth management, Field organizations, or sales-driven environments; prior exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 75000 - max USD 85000
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
