We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our GTM team. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our Go-to-Market teams with data-driven insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.

You’ll be:

  • Defining KPIs and measuring them for the GTM different groups (Marketing, Sales, and Partners) to track performance and drive strategic initiatives
  • Building reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver actionable insights
  • Serving as an analytics focal point, working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams
  • Identifying and automating manual or repetitive processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across analytics workflows

Your experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (we use Tableau)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High level of independence and self-motivation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role
  • BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in modeling data tables and building scalable data models
  • Experience with NetSuite
