  Deeply understand functional areas, interpret high-level code, present capabilities, and manage system configuration.

  Review tasks impacting business functions, new setups, or upstream/downstream processes, including bug fixes and architectural sign-offs.
• 
  Collaborate on identifying new business requirements and designing effective solutions.
• 
  Create detailed Solution Design documents for identified functional gaps.
• 
  Identify and suggest potential items to enhance the solution for future development.
• 
  Stay current with industry trends, provide business/insurance training (Train the Trainer), and train/support team members on functionality and configuration.
• 
  Serve as a key stakeholder, working closely with the client Product Owner, internal testers, and client regression teams.
• 
  Consult with and facilitate team members to ensure clients take ownership of their issues.

• 
  A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
• 
  Proven Business Analyst experience specifically within the lending application systems domain.
• 
  End-to-end experience across the full development lifecycle (requirements gathering, development, testing, training).
• 
  Demonstrable ability to write clear and comprehensive requirements specifications.
• 
  Competence in both manual and automated regression testing.
• 
  Strong track record of direct interaction and engagement with end users.
• 
  Familiarity with UML concepts, particularly Use Cases and Activity Diagrams.
