About the role:

Join a world leader in Cloud based software solution for the Space Designing industry. As a Developer, you will work on the Spaces Flex SaaS product, a 3D WEB interior/exterior design software with End-to-End integration with eCommerce, Order Management, and other CRM solutions as well as content platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for conducting detailed discussions with customer stakeholders to understand their goals
• You will design and document the end-to-end solution architecture for integrations
• You will drive the requirements gathering and the analysis phase.
• You will work on multiple projects, from the discovery phase to the delivery, while respecting the budgets and deadlines and ensuring quality of the deliverables.
• You may configure and manage other technical aspects necessary.

• You will promote effective communication across team members as well as participate in preparing proposals and customer presentations.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of solution design, application and infrastructure planning
• 3 - 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in technical software implementation for Enterprise level customers.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects
• Ability to create a timeline and consistently meet dates on time.
• Proficient in time and priority management, work in different time zones
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to independently solve problems and know when to raise issues.
• Speak and write fluently in French and English.
• Available for occasional trips to visit clients.
• Experience using AI to expedite tasks.
