Job Description

What’s the role?

The Business Analyst supports Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) change delivery, playing a key role in delivering initiatives aligned to the AML/CTF Reform Programme. This role partners closely with senior leaders, transformation programs, business divisions and financial crime stakeholders to understand business requirements, assess impacts and ensure solutions are effectively designed and delivered.

The position focuses on driving operational excellence through strong governance, disciplined delivery practices and collaboration across multiple teams. The Business Analyst contributes to strategic and tactical initiatives, supports agile ways of working, and helps embed consistent best‑practice approaches across change delivery.

What do I need?

  • Demonstrated experience in financial crime services, processes and technologies
  • Strong background in business analysis including process mapping, gap analysis, problem solving and documenting business requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex and changing deliverables while meeting time‑bound outcomes
  • Experience working with project delivery tools and governance practices (e.g. Jira, Confluence, RAID management)
  • Practical experience applying agile ways of working and delivery methodologies
