Job Description

Join our dynamic Process Management and Quality team at BMW Financial Services, driving excellence in business analysis and project delivery.

What awaits you?

  • Creating comprehensive analysis plans including scope, priorities, schedule, dependencies, and stakeholder identification.
  • Independently conducting analytical workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Managing requirement changes within projects and moderating scope adjustments.
  • Developing clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements (user stories with acceptance criteria).
  • Maintaining detailed analytical documentation using Confluence and Jira.
  • Presenting requirements effectively to technical teams (developers, testers, architects, system analysts).
  • Presenting and explaining requirements to sponsors and senior management.

What should you bring along?

  • University degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Professional experience in business analysis, ideally within complex programs or integration/data-driven projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa.
  • Experience in process modeling and use of tools like Draw.io, Signavio, or UML (preferred).
  • Basic skills in data handling (CSV, SQL queries).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including moderating workshops.
  • Proactive, system-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills.
