Job Description

Your area of work:
As a Business Analyst at FundsDLT, you will join a pioneering team dedicated to modernizing the global investment fund industry through the power of blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). In this role, you will operate at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and next-generation asset management, helping financial institutions, asset managers, and wealth distributors transition from complex legacy systems to our decentralized, cloud-native platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product owners, software engineers, and key external clients—to analyze market demands and translate complex financial workflows into seamless digital solutions. Your work will directly impact how the fund distribution value chain is reengineered, making transaction processing, custody, and digital compliance faster, cheaper, and more transparent for the entire industry.

Your responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements to optimize and scale our B2B fund distribution platform.
• Map end-to-end user journeys for diverse stakeholders, including asset managers, wealth distributors, and transfer agents.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development squads.
• Support the design and implementation of new platform features, API integrations, and digital compliance workflows (such as AML and MiFID).
• Act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment on product delivery.
• Conduct impact analyses and facilitate stakeholder workshops to refine product features and platform enhancements.

Your profile:
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, asset management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of fund distribution mechanisms, transfer agency operations, or post-trade processes.
• Keen interest in or prior experience with blockchain technology, DLT, smart contracts, or API-driven architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex requirements into structured documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and agile environment.
