Drive consolidation and discussion on the Division’s Operating Expenses Budget with various stakeholders i.e. HOD, Group Risk Management, Finance, Business Units to ensure its within the Bank’s overall business objectives
Close monitoring of the OPEX at division level, and any unusual charges and patterns are promptly investigated and escalated. This is to ensure that OPEX is within OP26.
To consolidate and review division level KPI and Strategic Initiatives to ensure its aligned with Group Risk Management and Country strategies and direction.
Consolidation and review of Committee deck before it is sent to CRO for final review and concurrence. Close engagement with various stakeholders to ensure proper clarification of the deck accuracy and completeness.
Manage and monitor headcount/MRF movements within the Division to ensure it is within the approved headcounts.
To drive, coordinate and oversee Division level process enhancement projects to ensure productivity and efficiency
To support other administrative functions at the division level as and when needed.
Skill requirement
At least 5-8 years of working experience in banking industry
Possess a recognized Degree in Business Studies or other related disciplines
Strong in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, written and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills, and strong team player
