What you will be doing:

  • Elicit, document, and validate requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Analyse and map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") financial workflows.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign-off.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during sprint reviews and backlog refinement.

  • Assess regulatory and audit trail requirements

What our client is looking for:

  • A professional accounting qualification would be beneficial.

  • Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping/period-end processes.

  • Genuine interest in financial software delivery, with experience in requirements elicitation (BRS, use cases, user stories).

  • Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP, exposure to Agile/Scrum, and SQL proficiency.

  • Any exposure to payments/collections or ERP implementation/migration.
