Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst (Finance & ERP) to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Define and structure budgeting, cost management, and financial planning processes.
  • Design planning, forecasting, cost allocation, and performance management frameworks.
  • Analyse current business processes and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs).
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Ensure business processes align with standard ERP capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Support ERP solution design, fit-gap analysis, and solution assessment.
  • Participate in ERP selection and system integrator procurement activities.
  • Prepare business use cases, evaluation criteria, and procurement documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Produce high-quality process documentation, requirements, and business analyses.
  • Support decision-making through structured analysis, recommendations, and trade-off assessments.
  • Collaborate with programme management, stream leaders, and implementation partners throughout the transformation program.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, business analysis, or large-scale business process transformation.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, cost management, financial planning, forecasting, cost allocation, and performance management processes.
  • Proven experience defining Target Operating Models (TOMs), business processes, and functional requirements in complex organisations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementation programmes (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), including solution design, fit-gap analysis, and solution assessment.
  • Experience supporting ERP selection and system integrator procurement, including preparation of use cases, business requirements, and evaluation documentation.
  • Excellent understanding of standard ERP capabilities, industry best practices, and end-to-end finance processes.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modelling, and requirements management.
  • Experience working with business, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and traceable deliverables.
  • Ability to challenge legacy processes, promote standardisation, and align business requirements with ERP best practices.
  • Ability to support structured decision-making through analysis, recommendations, and evaluation of trade-offs.
  • Experience in financial institutions, public sector organisations, or other regulated environments is considered an asset.
  • Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
