Key Responsibilities
Power BI/Tableau Product Ownership
- Develop and maintain Finance‑wide dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting tools.
- Build and optimize DAX measures, data models, and semantic layers.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance through documentation and validation.
Insight & Decision Support
- Partner with various Finance functions to develop recurring performance views (P&L, BS, AR, AP, inventory etc).
Adoption, Training & Change Enablement
- Lead Power BI/Tableau training initiatives, create learning paths, and provide hands‑on coaching.
- Establish templates, standards, and best practices to increase self‑service analytics maturity.
- Build and maintain a Finance BI/Tableau community of practice.
Data Governance & Process Improvement
- Define KPI dictionaries, data definitions, and validation frameworks.
- Drive consistency across Finance by harmonizing metrics and reporting logic.
- Collaborate with IT/MDM teams for data quality enhancements.
Strategic & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison between Finance, IT, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, simplification, and insights.
