About the job

In this position, you support, analyze, and continuously improve finance processes across business area Mining and the sales areas. You’re the connector between business needs, everyday users, and tech teams.

Your job responsibilities

  • Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes together with key stakeholders
  • Define clear end-to-end workflows, roles, making sure everything fits together across teams
  • Ensure finance ways of working comply with policies, guidelines, and internal controls
  • Drive continuous improvement through change implementation, training, and ongoing process support

Location and flexibility

You’re based in Stockholm, Dublin, Tampere or Pune, with a hybrid setup that supports flexible, partly remote work.

Your profile

A solid finance foundation combined with a strong process mindset makes the difference in this role. You’ve worked in financial environments and understand how structured ways of working drive better decisions. Curiosity supports you when navigating complexity, while a structured approach keeps your work on track. You adapt your communication to different audiences, enjoy collaborating across levels and training others, as well as taking ownership from start to finish.

Your background includes:

  • Education or practical experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience working with general accounting processes across organizations
  • Process excellence training, such as LEAN or Six Sigma
  • Professional working proficiency in English
