Your Role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst, Enterprise Growth to support strategic growth initiatives across the Americas region. This is a project-based development role designed to provide broad exposure to key business functions through a series of rotational assignments, each lasting approximately nine months. Assignments may span areas such as Demand Planning, Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Customer Care, Technical Service, and Operations.

Working alongside business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams, you will help identify growth opportunities, analyze business challenges, develop recommendations, and support the execution of high-impact initiatives. This role is ideal for an ambitious, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data, and driving meaningful business improvements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support cross-functional projects from opportunity identification through implementation and transition to business ownership
  • Assist in developing project charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, and success measures
  • Coordinate project activities across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Finance, and IT teams
  • Track project risks, dependencies, action items, and implementation plans to support successful project delivery
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify business challenges and recommend practical, scalable solutions
  • Support implementation planning, change management, and operational readiness activities
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities and prepare analyses to support leadership decision-making
  • Develop business cases that quantify expected benefits, costs, risks, resource requirements, and implementation considerations
  • Utilize data analytics, financial modeling, and business insights to support initiative prioritization and investment decisions
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in measuring project outcomes and value realization
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, and project execution
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and accelerate business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions
  • Document lessons learned, recommendations, and transition plans at the conclusion of each assignment

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn new business functions
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong academic achievement
  • Internship, co-op, or professional experience in project management, business analysis, finance, operations, supply chain, or consulting
  • Exposure to financial modeling, business analytics, process improvement, or operational excellence methodologies
  • Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is 68,000 - 85,000 USD annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
