Track recordof end-to-end project lifecycle delivery
Experience in shaping processes and solutions, including capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements
Strong leadership, sound analyticalskillsand change management capabilities,
Coaching and mentoring of the wider business analysis team
Demonstratable stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders atdifferent levelsin the organization and confidant providing legitimate challenge
Experience performing a quality assurance role on workstream deliverables
Experience working in Agile project delivery
Energy Trading Experience:
Experience and a strong understanding of theUK &EuropeanGas &Power trading markets
A working knowledge of different trading instruments, including:
OTC transactions – Including forwards,swapsand options
Exchange traded futures & options lifecycle including cascading
Detailed knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas:
Trade capture - complex deal (PPA/Batteries/CCGTS) modelling and pricing
Market Risk
Risk Valuation
Back-Office processes
Accounting processes
Migrating between ETRM systems
EOD& Simulations
As a lead BAyou’llhave SME knowledge, one of the functional areas detailed above to allow you to lead the workstream
ETRM/CTRM experience:
The ideal candidate must haveat least10 yearsofEndurexperience
Endurskills - Hands-on configuration experience isrequired
Should be proficient withOpenLinkEndurBase configurations/Reference Data configurations and the good understanding of the various managers in the tool.
Endurconfiguration for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlementinvoicingand scheduling
Experience testingEndurintegrations (both inbound and outbound)
Knowledge of theEndurdata model for transactional data, with focus on power and gas markets
Knowledge of theEndurdata model for static data
