Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Project

A public sector organisation is seeking three Business Analysts to join a multidisciplinary digital transformation team working on the ePV programme, a strategic initiative focused on modernising and digitalising police and judicial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Gather and analyse business and functional requirements
• 
  Define project scope and support solution design activities
• 
  Collaborate with internal and external development teams
• 
  Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• 
  Analyse and map business processes, systems, and impacts
• 
  Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation
• 
  Support end users through training, workshops, and communication activities
• 
  Provide second-line support and project reporting
• 
  Communicate updates, changes, and issues through established channels

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Experience in Business Analysis and process modelling
• 
  Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• 
  Experience with BPMN and UML
• 
  Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• 
  Experience with MS Office tools
• 
  Public sector experience is an asset
• 
  Ability to conduct impact analysis and support change initiatives
