As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Digital Banking division, specifically within the Kotak 811-Regional Sales department. Your primary focus will be to analyze and interpret data, providing valuable insights to drive our digital banking strategies and enhance our sales performance. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, offering analytical support and ensuring our digital offerings align with customer needs and market trends.

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights for digital banking initiatives.
• Support the sales team by offering analytical insights and recommendations to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital banking solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital banking products and services, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital banking.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Excellent knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
