At Deloitte Luxembourg, you will join our Audit & Assurance Digital Factory—an innovative hub driving digital transformation across audit and assurance processes. This role will involve collaborating with agile teams, stakeholders, and developers to analyze new requirements, enhance tools, and improve processes.
1. At least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with expertise in working in agile teams,
2. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to transform requirements into actionable strategies,
3. Strong communication abilities, ensuring seamless interaction between stakeholders and technical teams,
4. Familiarity with tools, methods, and frameworks for software improvement and process enhancement,
5. A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
