Job Description

The BA will be working as part of a team in the implementation, delivery, and support of our clients using, a Cloud-based investment management and reporting solution.

Responsibilities:

• Work on client implementations where external data need to be fed into Dynamo on a daily/monthly basis
• Once the data is transferred, ensure that it is properly reconciled
• Enforce a data reconciliation process using the current tools or recommending new, more efficient, solutions
• Monitor the already scheduled data feeds and handle any exceptions that might occur
• Gather client requirements and perform QA for deployed tools and workflows
• Act as liaison between our clients and our internal Development teams by understanding investment industry practice principles and translating them into workable software solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers

What We Are Looking For:

• Passion for numbers
• Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically the alternative assets space is preferred
• General knowledge of databases that allows for quick understanding of data migration tools and processes
• Technical Skills: proficient Excel and beginner to intermediate SQL
