Job Description

As a Business Analyst - Data & AI, you'll be a key player in our AI transformation journey. Your role is to bridge the gap between technical data concepts and practical business applications, ensuring our Shared Services functions are optimized through data-driven improvements and AI use cases. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data solutions, contributing to the design and implementation of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models. Your analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools will be crucial in generating insights and driving operational efficiency.

  • Partner with Shared Services stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements and AI applications.
  • Translate business requirements into data, analytics, and AI solutions, aligning with transformation goals.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Support the design and development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models.
  • Contribute to data governance efforts, ensuring data quality, controls, and lineage frameworks are in place.
  • Evaluate, test, and rollout AI and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communicate complex concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with technology, data, and product teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to new domains and flexibly contribute to evolving priorities across initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data and analytics.
  • Hands-on expertise with data analysis tools like SQL, Power BI, or Python.
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts and best practices is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with business stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics is highly advantageous.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and operate across diverse business areas.

Compensation: $170,000-$190,000 Base Salary
