About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and crypto-literate Business Analyst to join our innovative crypto services team. This is a key role where you'll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, driving the successful integration of crypto products within a multi-asset trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and technical documentation

• Conduct research on emerging crypto offerings, trading models, and blockchain integrations

• Prepare comprehensive documentation: business cases, change requests, timelines, process guides, functional specs, and user flows

• Act as a liaison between product owners, developers, and stakeholders—ensuring alignment at all stages of delivery

• Provide internal training and support on crypto platform features and new product launches

• Interpret technical concepts for business users and translate business needs for developers

• Analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable insights

• Collaborate in agile environments, contributing to sprint planning and product testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in crypto or fintech

• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, platforms, and blockchain technologies

• Experience working with trading or exchange systems is highly preferred

• Excellent documentation skills using tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar

• Proficient in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination

• Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver clear business cases and solution plans

• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
