Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig as Business Analyst - Credit Decision Engine.

In this role, you will drive the launch and continuous improvement of the Loan Origination Solutions system, ensuring automation of credit policies and loan approvals across Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Mortgage Loans. You will also streamline credit processes by working with policy and operations teams, and execute new business strategies through system and process automation. Work closely with Business Leads, Credit Operations, and Credit Policy teams to optimize process flows while ensuring full compliance with policy, procedure, and functional requirements

What the role will entail

• Develop, modify, test, and debug source codes for software applications.
• Translate credit policies into workable system parameters.
• Prepare technical handbooks and documentation for design and source codes.
• Identify and resolve bugs to ensure smooth system operation.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Coordinate, design, deliver, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure robust implementation of new processes, system enhancements, and production releases.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Familiarity with the bank's end‑to‑end credit operations processes.
• Strong project management skills, with 3–5 years of experience leading and managing projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• With knowledge of Project management tools or testing tools like Click Up, MS Project, Jira, HPQC
• Basic knowledge of application development is a plus.
• Analytical skills in creating and refining computer codes.
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to scope, structure, and resolve complex issues with practical solutions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; prior team leadership experience is a plus.
