Job Description


Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with corporate banking teams, relationship managers, product owners, and clients to gather and document detailed business requirements for corporate internet banking solutions.
Identify and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to understand gaps and pain points in the current corporate banking digital experience.
Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritize requirements for new features or enhancements to corporate banking platforms.
Solution Design & Documentation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design solutions that meet client needs while aligning with internal goals and regulatory standards.
Prepare clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases that guide the development and testing of new digital banking features and capabilities.
Ensure that system designs are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to payments, data privacy, and fraud prevention.
Business Process Optimization:
Analyze and re-engineer corporate banking processes to improve efficiency, customer experience, and reduce operational risks.
Identify opportunities for process automation, leveraging digital banking tools and technologies to improve productivity for corporate clients.
Monitor the performance of existing systems and processes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business users, product managers, and technical teams to ensure that digital banking solutions align with business objectives.
Support the development and implementation of new corporate internet banking features by providing clarity on business requirements and acting as the subject matter expert (SME) on business needs.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors (e.g., third-party solution providers) to ensure smooth integration and delivery of solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Assist with the creation and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and cases to ensure that new features or enhancements meet business requirements.
Provide feedback to development teams during the testing phase, ensuring that all issues are addressed before product release.
Collaborate with business users and testing teams to validate that the implemented solution matches the documented requirements.
Regulatory & Compliance Management:
Ensure that all corporate internet banking features and services comply with relevant banking regulations, data protection laws, and internal security policies.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes impacting corporate banking, digital payments, and internet banking technologies.
Project Management Support:
Track project progress, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are aligned with business goals.
Work with project managers to manage timelines, resources, and budgets for internet banking projects.
Assist with risk identification and mitigation strategies during the project lifecycle.
Client Engagement & Support:
Provide support for corporate clients during the implementation of new digital banking solutions.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to the internet banking platform, ensuring customer satisfaction with the system’s functionality.
Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to understand their needs and suggest improvements for future updates.
Reporting & Analytics:
Analyze data related to corporate internet banking transactions, usage patterns, and system performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate and present reports to senior management regarding key performance indicators (KPIs), usage metrics, and operational efficiency.
Provide insights on customer behavior to help shape the future direction of corporate internet banking services.
