Job Description

What You’ll Do*Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across Core Banking modules such as Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems*Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications*Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.*Support integration, UAT, and production rollout phases of banking projects.*Conduct gap analysis, define improvement opportunities, and support change management activities.
What We’re Looking For*Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector*Hands-on experience with core banking domains such as: Treasury / Treasury Operations, Loans, Credit Management, Payment Systems (Domestic & International) etc.*Strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures.*Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.*Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
