The Junior Business Analyst supports Senior Analysts and Project Teams in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for LifePRO system implementations. This role focuses on learning insurance products, system functionality, and the project lifecycle while contributing to analysis and testing activities under guidance. Must be able to attend a two-week on-site Training Workshop at the Indianapolis Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting business and product requirements based on client needs.
- Support test case creation and execution for Quality Assurance activities.
- Participate in system testing and validation of changes.
- Help reproduce reported issues to support debugging and resolution.
- Assist with proof-of-concept activities to understand system capabilities.
- Participate in client meetings as a supporting team member.
- Learn actuarial and insurance concepts relevant to supported products.
- Support internal documentation, projects, and sales initiatives as assigned.
Experience & Skills
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Foundational understanding of insurance or financial services concepts.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Scope & Impact

The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.Graduate in any stream from a Reputed University 6 - 12 months experience in P&C Insurance - Property claims / Recoveries / Subrogation/ Claim adjudication
