As a Business Analyst you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, acting as a conduit between technology and the business for our clients. Your strong analytical and project delivery skills will see you engage end-to-end from pre-sales and requirements elicitation through to solution design and implementation.


Must be in Wellington and can attend onsite at the client office. Capturing requirements for client CRM. Contract May - Sept with option to renew / go perm.

Requirements

Gathering & Documentation: Collect and document business requirements to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Run workshops, Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, manage expectations, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Process Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze current processes for improvement and collaborate on designing solutions that meet business needs.

Testing & Validation: Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet requirements and function as expected.

Knowledge of Salesforce,

Excellent communication skills, good team player and keen to learn more about Salesforce would make a good candidate

Competencies

  • Strong communicator is a must, must be able to attend client site at least 4 days pw to build trust and rapport and work around SMEs and PO tight schedules, can write user stories, can understand and map out business requirements, can challenge current process/system state and offer practical solutions, can quickly assimilate

  • SF solutions in lieu of SF experience, has a good grasp of technology and how it can be applied to solve business problems, even if not deeply technical, can present if required, Immediate start ideal!
