About yhe role:

Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Business Analyst in the field of Content Management PIM/ DAM (Product Information Management / Digital Asset Management), assessing stakeholder requirements for digital assets (e.g. product information, media) and publishing processes. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be the point of contact to advise and support internal customers in formulating and concretizing their requirements and the implementation of respective PIM/DAM solutions. You will also closely collaborate with PIM and DAM product owners on the digital Marketing/Sales side and support the development of strategies to optimize business performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the organization’s product information and digital asset management processes.
  • Involved in the implementation of new PIM/DAM solution. Accountable for development, ensuring compliance, implementation, and solution performance measurement & optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to ensure that product data and digital assets are accurately managed, stored, and utilized to support business operations and strategies.
  • Create user stories, use cases, functional specifications and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed changes for new systems or enhancements. Ensures functional, scalable and compliant solution designs on time, within budget.
  • Leverage their expertise in PIM and DAM systems to enhance data quality, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency create detailed business analysis, ensuring they meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (including conducting interviews, workshops and surveys) aligning needs and capturing requirements for digital assets (e.g. product information, media) and publishing processes with PIM/DAM.
  • Support the development of PIM/DAM strategies to enhance business processes.
  • Support the implementation of new digital solutions and systems to support data & media management processes.
  • Close cooperation with the application management team implementing, maintaining and operating applications.

About you:

  • Graduate degree in IT/technology, data, business administration, marketing or a comparable field.
  • 3-5 years experience working with solutions such as PIM (Stybo, Salsify) / DAM (Aprimo/Bynder), or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Very good Eglish level.
  • High level of proficiency in data asset / media eContent management, publishing processes, workflow management & publication to channels.
  • Experience in coordinating, prioritizing and validating tech teams and vendors works.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (both waterfall and agile) as well as management software (e.g., JIRA).
  • Independent and self-driven personality, taking responsibility and owning tasks.
  • Collaborates well across diverse and globally distributed teams, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across different levels and functions of the organization
  • Is a true team player, supporting their colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience and commits the teams’ joint success
  • Capable of effecting communication, conveying complex problems in a clear and persuasive manner to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
