Job Description

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to coordinate and oversee interoperability and quality assurance (QA) operations within a client ecosystem. This consultancy mission will involve a structured testing approach, supporting vendors and internal stakeholders with KMEHR and FHIR-related projects, while ensuring quality, testability, risk management, and progress tracking during changes, releases, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor Interop and QA lab activities.
• Oversee interoperability and QA activities: time management and planning.
• Organize interoperability testing with vendors.
• Follow up on interoperability and QA testing.
• Actively participate in projects from a QA and interoperability perspective.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Administer the Interop lab mailbox.
• Develop the interoperability testing process in FHIR.
• Establish the testing flow using ITB in collaboration with technical colleagues.
• Optimize and set up testing procedures/processes: interoperability and QA.
• Conduct test analyses and establish test criteria, test cases, and test data. Challenge analyses/IG for (new) data types.
• Provide support to vendors and business regarding existing or new data types (both in KMEHR and FHIR).
• Participate in FHIR-a-thon/events (e.g., Vitalink cafés).
