We are looking for a data-driven, business-focused professional who can translate insights into action and support sustainable growth.

This role will have a key impact in these areas

Business Performance Management

• Own revenue tracking and ensure the accuracy of performance metrics
• Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
• Support forecasting and country performance management
• Build data-driven recommendations aligned with business priorities
• Support Leadership Team performance reviews

Data & Business Intelligence

• Drive automation and efficiency across data processes
• Ensure data quality, governance and integrity
• Manage core data structures, including customer, product and hierarchy data
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools
• Monitor key KPIs, including sales, margins and field performance
• Identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation
• Act as the local expert on data and reporting tools

Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Operations

• Own incentive compensation processes and ensure calculation accuracy
• Support target setting, simulations and performance tracking
• Analyse field performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor performance across territories, customers and channels
• Enable data-driven sales execution

Strategic Projects & Collaboration

• Partner with local and international stakeholders
• Support key strategic initiatives in France
• Lead cross-functional analyses and improvement projects
• Drive the adoption of tools and processes

What you bring

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, BI, Sales Operations or Data Analytics
• Experience in an international environment
• Knowledge of the French healthcare retail landscape, including pharmacies, distributors and GPOs
• Advanced Excel and BI skills, including Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Strong analytical capabilities; SQL, Power Query and Python are advantageous

Votre impact

Pilotage de la performance

• Suivre et garantir la fiabilité du chiffre d’affaires et des indicateurs clés
• Fournir des analyses pour soutenir les décisions commerciales et stratégiques
• Contribuer aux prévisions et au pilotage de la performance pays
• Élaborer des recommandations fondées sur les données
• Préparer les revues de performance pour le Comité de Direction

Data & Business Intelligence

• Automatiser et optimiser les processus de données
• Garantir la qualité, la gouvernance et l’intégrité des données
• Gérer les référentiels clés (clients, produits, hiérarchies)
• Développer des dashboards, des reportings et des outils BI
• Suivre les KPI clés (ventes, marges, performance terrain)
• Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et de standardisation
• Être le référent local sur les outils et les bonnes pratiques

Efficacité commerciale & Sales Operations

• Piloter les systèmes d’incentive et garantir la fiabilité des calculs
• Participer à la définition des objectifs et aux simulations
• Analyser la performance des équipes terrain
• Suivre la performance par territoire, client et canal
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’exécution commerciale

Projets stratégiques & collaboration

• Collaborer avec des équipes locales et internationales
• Contribuer à des projets stratégiques en France
• Mener des analyses transverses et projets d’amélioration
• Accompagner l’adoption de nouveaux outils et processus

Votre profil

• 5+ ans d’expérience en Business Analysis, BI, Sales Ops ou Data Analytics
• Expérience en environnement international
• Connaissance des secteurs santé / medtech / FMCG et du marché français
• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des outils BI (Power BI, Tableau…)
• Expérience ERP / CRM (idéalement Salesforce)
• Compétences en data / analyse de données (SQL, Power Query ; Python est un plus)
