Nhà Tốt aspires to be Vietnam’s leading digital property marketplace, empowering millions of people to buy, sell, and rent homes with confidence and efficiency. We are looking for a data-driven and user-focused Business Analyst - Commercial to enhance sales efficiency, commercial customer performance, and monetization effectiveness across our ecosystem.

What you will do

• Monitor and improve sales operations systems, including dashboards, CRM, call center, and workflow protocols.

• Track sales team performance and prepare regular reports with key insights, risks, and recommendations.

• Monitor commercial customer performance and proactively flag issues that may affect service quality or revenue.

• Collect feedback from the sales team and track competitor activities to support product and business improvements.

• Manage setup and delivery of add-on services such as logos, banners, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle sales documentation and coordinate customer payment tracking with Legal and Finance teams.

• Support ad hoc analyses and projects assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail; you are comfortable working with large datasets and complex business logic.

• Solid business understanding of digital products and commercial models, especially in marketplaces or subscription/advertising-based businesses.

• User-focused mindset and a strong “can do” attitude, willing to dive into both data and operations to solve problems end to end.

• Good data processing skills and familiarity with tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI); ability to translate data into clear business insights and actions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
