Job Description

Develop and support technical solutions to business problems, and advance a company's sales efforts, by defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements to achieve desired results.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide data, tracking, monitoring information to create issue resolution
  • Program Advisor input of focus brands goals, & sales incentives
  • Recaps of focus brands of incentive payouts to VPs/PMs
  • Recaps of incentive payouts to Finance and Payroll for incentives
  • Analyze data to conclude trade effectiveness
  • Providing ROI on programming
  • Provide ad hoc reports as needed to support other functions
  • Translate data into useful and user-friendly information that is actionable
  • Support the development of business presentations
  • Portfolio Manager ad hoc requests for supplier business review reporting
  • Support SKU management
  • Support annual closeout & inventory reduction target initiatives

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate trends into actionable plans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education/Experience/Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training/education required
  • 2+ years sales analysis experience
  • 1+ year brand management, program director, or similar experience
