Are you someone who sees complexity and wants to simplify it? As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in improving how our Traffic Safety Services Division delivers essential services that Albertans rely on—like driver licensing, transportation safety, and public access to programs. Whether you’re leading a project or refining a key process, your work will contribute to more efficient government operations and better experiences for the people we serve.
In this role, you’ll support and lead divisional projects from planning through to implementation. Drawing on your skills in business analysis, process design, and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure that the Division’s work is efficient, aligned with legislative and policy requirements, and user focused. Reporting to the Business Operations and Modernization Manager and collaborating with Senior Business Advisors and team members across the organization, you’ll help bridge strategy and execution. You'll translate complex needs into clear solutions, ensure smooth change adoption, and support lasting improvements in how government services operate.
