Job Title: Business Analyst – Business Intelligence
Location: Bangalore
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our online healthcare service delivery. You will work closely with Business Team, Account Management, Sales, Operations, Product/Tech, Marketing team stakeholders to understand your business vertical’s analytical needs and deliver actionable insights that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence and Data Analysis:
Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Use data analysis tools - SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in healthcare data to inform strategic decisions and business strategies.
Data Integration and Management:
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and presentations on business performance and insights to senior management.
User Experience and Data Visualization:
Ensure that BI tools and dashboards are user-friendly and effectively communicate insights.
Conduct user training and provide support to ensure stakeholders can effectively use BI tools and interpret data
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
1+ years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence, preferably in the healthcare sector or an online business environment (e-commerce)
Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python (Basic)) and Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bias for action to quickly execute, while keeping view on the larger and longer term outcomes
