About the Team

The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

Responsibilities

- Independently own the end to end planning, management and delivery of key projects to resolve problem statements relevant to overall ADSO.

- Cultivate strong partnership with Lines of Business partners, employing a strategic approach to facilitate the effective integration of LoB requirements into proposed solutions, thereby ensuring that operational strategies are closely aligned with business priorities.

- Drive the definition and maintenance of a clear governance framework for key metrics, including ownership, definitions, usage, and change management processes; lead and support initiatives to unify and standardize metrics, reporting practices.

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across operational and performance metrics, by implementing data validation checks and governance mechanisms to maintain high data quality and trustworthy insights.

- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and produce structured reports systematically with actionable insights that inform both strategic and tactical decisions.

- Translate findings into targeted process optimizations that drive measurable business outcomes and support data-driven leadership decisions.

- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and dashboards supporting diverse business use cases.

- Delivery of performance scorecards across Lines of Business (LoBs)
