We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with 2–4 years of experience to join our Offering Management Team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of service offerings for AV, Media, and Digital ecosystems. The BA will play a key role in translating business objectives into clear, actionable requirements that support the end-to-end product and service lifecycle. The BA will also play a key role in improving end-to-end workflows across service delivery and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, process documentation, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Market and Customer Insights
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
• Work with stakeholders to understand customer use cases, challenges, and pain points.
• Translate customer requirements into business needs and ensure alignment with offering definitions.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Perform gap analysis between current processes and target state.
• Support definition of scope, service components, and value proposition.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Break down requirements into structured components with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support definition of pricing inputs, costing frameworks, and SLAs in collaboration with internal teams.
Process Engineering & Service Optimization
• Map and document end-to-end service delivery and operational workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and support implementation of process improvements.
• Drive standardization and repeatability across service delivery processes.
• Support development of scalable operational frameworks.
Collaboration & Delivery
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery alignment.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and support continuous improvement.
Process & Governance
• Define and document governance processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and service standards.
• Support implementation of consistent operating models across teams.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support refinement of offerings based on performance insights.
Project & Risk Management
• Track delivery milestones and ensure commitments are met.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and support resolution.
• Prepare status updates highlighting progress and next steps.
Agile Practices
• Support Agile practices and team alignment.
• Assist in backlog prioritization and workshop facilitation.
• Promote collaboration and transparency across teams.
Required Qualifications of the Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in structured team environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows.
• Experienced in process mapping, optimization, and continuous improvement principles.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
