Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As a Business Analyst, you’ll get the chance to:

• Integrate a team of Consultant and work on various projects in the Financial Sector such as Wealth & Asset management, Private Banking, whether at the clients or in the office;
• Contribute to the preparation of call for tender, presentation to clients and request for proposal;
• Participate in the digital transformation and business process automation;
• Optimize processes and organization (internal and external benchmarks, definition and implementation of action plans, job and skills management);
• Define management models, dashboards, design of steering systems, etc.

Your Profile

You’re the right fit if you:

• Are freshly graduated from a Master’s degree (ideally in the Finance or Banking Sector);
• Are comfortable juggling between business & tech environments.
• Are fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
• Have strong communication and storytelling skills (PowerPoint is your friend).
• Are genuinely interested in AI, automation and the future of finance.
