Business Analyst – Banking & AI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support requirements engineering, business process analysis, and collaboration with product and technical teams within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to define and clarify requirements.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in quality management reviews.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood by all relevant team members.
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured test conditions.
• Support effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in requirements management and requirements engineering.
• Understanding of business process management.
• Knowledge of data concepts and data modelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in:
• Dutch
• French
• English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with conceptual modelling techniques.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Structured approach to problem-solving.
