Business Analyst (Banking )

Role & Responsibilities

• Evaluating banking business processes, understanding and anticipating requirements
• with ability to transform them into functional specifications
• Performing gap analysis
• Analyzing and interpreting business requirements into technical terms to inform
• developers, QAs and Designers
• Ensure the design of a solution and/or features with business flows/diagrams, services,
• and digital modules that deliver unique experiences for end user
• Implementing and testing of solutions
• Participating to drive development in both digital and non-digital initiatives based on
• insight and business needs
• Work closely with different stakeholders with the most relevant customer needs, habits,
• and attitudes
• User guide and documentation redaction and maintenance

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above in any related field (IT, Technology, Finance or Banking)
• Banking experience required (digital lending, payment, e-banking or any experience
• related to retail or investment banking)
• Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and strong passion
• for success and independence
• Result-oriented can operate within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple
• stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders
• Strong analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira)

Any of the following would be a strong plus for the candidates who apply:

• Ability to speak Thai and/or Chinese (Mandarin)
• Understanding of software technology industry
• Technical knowledge of the financial industry
• Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment
