Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a broad range of business consulting projects in the financial sector, mainly focusing on digital banking
- Support the gathering, structuring, and documentation of functional and business requirements
- Analyze business documents such as policies, processes, procedures, and regulations, and translate them into system or application requirements
- Assist in or lead the creation of process maps, business workflows, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and other analysts.
- Help ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in or lead client meetings to clarify requirements and present findings.
- Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs.
- Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment.
What Weâre Looking For:
- 3- 6 years of experience in business consulting, analysis, or a similar role.
- BSc/BA in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field will be consider as a strong asset
- Ability to understand and work with business documentation and translate it into functional/technical requirements.
- Possess experience with various project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), as well as portfolio management or financial analysis (considered an asset).
- Proven experience in designing business flows and functional specifications.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, mobile apps, and web services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Client-facing experience and ability to lead workshops or requirements sessions.
