
We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst to define, align, and translate requirements for a two-way synchronization between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. The assignment is focused on requirements and tradeoffs. Different stakeholders have legitimate, but sometimes competing, priorities. The main challenge is to identify the trade-offs between these priorities, make them explicit, and support stakeholders in reaching clear, documented decisions. The Analyst will then work with architects & Tech Leads to turn these decisions into a coherent final solution design.
You will bring together requirements, process considerations, technical constraints, and outstanding decisions into a clear and implementable design for the integration between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

What you are going to do
At NN, integrating Azure DevOps and ServiceNow is an important step in improving collaboration between solution delivery and IT service management. You will play a vital role in documenting a solution design that fits the needs of relevant stakeholders. You can make sure that stakeholders feel heard, while keeping in mind constraints from a technical and security perspective. Your impact is huge, as the proposed solution will be used across NN Group. As the Business Analyst, you will define and align requirements, facilitate decision-making, and develop a solution design with help of architects and tech leads.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a couple of years of experience in intelligent automation preferably with a consultancy background. We are looking for someone who is proactive, a self-starter and has analytical and problem solving skills.
