We are hiring for an experienced AVP – Business Analyst with 15+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Security Finance domain The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business stakeholders and technology teams, driving end-to-end requirement lifecycle, and delivering solutions aligned to front-to-back trading and post-trade processing.
The candidate should have strong experience in business analysis lifecycle (elicitation, documentation, validation, delivery support) and demonstrate deep functional understanding of Capital Markets and Securities Finance workflows.
The individual should be comfortable leading functional streams, driving discussions with senior stakeholders, and also operate as a strong individual contributor with full ownership of deliverables.
This role provides an opportunity to work in niche functional areas such as Equity Swaps, Securities Lending, Financing Solutions, Trade Lifecycle, and Post-Trade Processing, where domain expertise is highly valued.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.
