As our next Business Analyst & Automation Developer, you will not only build bridges between departments but also architect the digital solutions that empower our people and redefine efficiency in HR.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Analyze complex HR processes, identifying key areas for digital transformation and intelligent automation, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications;
  • Use OutSystems, AA360, ServiceNow and others, to design, develop, and implement robust low-code applications, driving the automation of critical HR workflows and enhancing user experience;
  • Orchestrate AI & automation projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and successful integration into existing HR systems;
  • Facilitate effective communication between HR stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding and smooth project execution;
  • Explore and integrate AI capabilities into HR solutions, focusing on practical applications that deliver tangible value.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • Experience & know-how:
    • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, automation development, or project management, ideally within an HR or IT context;
    • Proven expertise in developing and implementing solutions, ideally with OutSystems;
    • Solid understanding of low-code development principles and agile methodologies;
    • Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications;
    • Understanding of AI integration principles
  • Personality & Way of Working:
    • You proactively drive initiatives, demonstrating resilience under pressure, and continuously seek new knowledge to enhance your skills and contribute to team success;
    • You effortlessly bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, understandable language and fostering collaborative solutions;
    • You are passionate about leveraging technology to optimize HR processes and show a keen interest in the practical application and integration of AI to create smarter, more efficient solutions.
  • Languages Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
