About Our Client

Our client is a technology-focused organization providing Microsoft licensing and cloud solutions to business customers.

The Business Analyst / Associate Product Owner will support Microsoft licensing and cloud business operations by analysing requirements, managing product priorities, and improving customer and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer and business requirements related to Microsoft licensing.
• Work with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support product backlog management and prioritization.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, and CSP licensing solutions.
• Identify process and customer experience improvements.
• Support UAT, reporting, and product/process enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Ownership.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft 365, Azure, or CSP.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience with CSP, MCA, EA, or Microsoft Volume Licensing is an advantage.
