Business Analyst, Associate

Department: Development

Location: Hyderabad

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface designs or prototypes, together with key engineers and software architects.
• Communicate during development to facilitate alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
• Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that solutions are tested, and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been implemented correctly.
• Contribute to draft documentation, release notes and other roll-out materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical, result-driven and proactive.
• Ability to evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to balance detail orientation with pragmatic decision making.
• Basic understanding of data management concepts.
• Basic understanding of how Artificial Intelligence can create business value when supported by trusted and well-managed data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques, user interface design and mock-up tools such as Figma.
• Experience in areas such as business intelligence, databases, data integration, data visualization or data science.
• Knowledge of agile development practices.
• Experience in working in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise software or industry-specific business processes.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services.
