We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst and Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Henderson, Auckland. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any issues.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards is highly desirable.
