Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • As a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Parts Europe, you analyse and improve business processes, turning complex challenges into clear and practical solutions.

  • You lead projects from planning to delivery, keeping timelines, budgets, and goals on track.

  • You work closely with our developers, support the introduction of new and further development of existing systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central or web applications like the Parts Europe webshop) and clarify process-related questions.

  • You connect teams across departments, making sure communication is clear and everyone moves in the same direction.

  • You create reports and documentation that keep stakeholders informed and help identify risks early.

  • You support smooth transitions by updating process guidelines and training colleagues on new systems and workflows.

You bring along:

  • You have a degree in business information systems, informatics, economics, or a similar field, and bring at least two years of experience in a comparable role such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.

  • You think analytically and have experience in requirements engineering, process mapping, or process optimization.

  • You have practical experience in running workshops and developing clear, well-structured business requirements.

  • You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. German skills are considered an advantage.

  • You bring knowledge from logistics, customs, supply chain management or warehouse management — professionals from these areas are especially welcome!
